Arrange the report
Place provider, product, store, transaction kind, status, currency, or time on the rows and columns.
Turn imported Stripe and RevenueCat transactions into a custom pivot table. Choose the fields, measures, filters, and comparison period instead of working from one fixed view.
Revenue imports and revenue pivots require Pro or Team. Reports use personal-account revenue, not a combined team-workspace total.
Revenue pivot
Sample data| Provider | Net proceeds |
|---|---|
| Stripe | $18,740 |
| RevenueCat | $12,940 |
| Total | $31,680 |
Simplified interactive example with illustrative USD transactions. These figures do not represent an AppRoute customer.
Revenue and click events use separate datasets. Choose Revenue for imported money movements, or Clicks for app-link traffic.
Place provider, product, store, transaction kind, status, currency, or time on the rows and columns.
Inspect gross revenue, net proceeds, refunds, known fees, transactions, customers, or revenue per customer.
Filter the recorded fields, search the visible table, sort results, and compare the selected period with an earlier one.
Export the visible pivot to CSV after the rows, columns, filters, and measures answer the question you started with.
Report recipes
Connect Stripe or RevenueCat in Dashboard → Integrations and let the import finish. Open Statistics → Pivot table, switch the dataset to Revenue, then choose your date range, row fields, column fields, and measures. Filter to one currency before comparing money totals.
Where it fits
Keep using Stripe for payments and RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure. Use AppRoute when you want to rearrange imported transaction fields visually, export the resulting table, and inspect recorded click data through the same report-building pattern.
Revenue imports and the Revenue dataset require Pro or Team. The pivot reads personal-account revenue rather than a combined team-workspace total. See plan details.
Revenue imports and revenue pivots are available on Pro and Team. Click pivots remain a separate dataset.
